DR CONGO (DRC)

Écoles Modulaires - or Modular Schools - is an initiative to build 40 schools across some of the most war-torn and impoverished regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo. These schools are designed to be durable, adaptable, and life-giving spaces for the Kadogos — “the little ones” in Swahili. In communities where children face unimaginable hardships, including being forced into soldiering or early marriage, each school is more than a building; it is a beacon of hope, a safe place where children can learn, dream, and belong.
